YOUTH MENTORING SERVICE

Catalyst Youth Mentoring provides structured, relationship-based support for children and adolescents who need guidance, stability, and positive role models. Through one-on-one and small-group mentoring, we focus on character development, emotional regulation, academic support, and decision-making skills. Our mentors are trained to meet youth where they are, helping them navigate challenges while building resilience and purpose for the future.

PARENT/GUARDIAN SUPPORT

Catalyst Family Mentoring partners with parents and caregivers to strengthen family systems and improve relational health. This service provides coaching, accountability, and practical tools to support parenting effectiveness, communication, and household stability. Mentors walk alongside families during critical seasons, helping them implement healthy routines, boundaries, and conflict-resolution strategies that lead to sustainable change.

LEADERSHIP & LIFE MENTORING

Catalyst Leadership & Life Mentoring supports teens and adults who are navigating major life transitions, leadership responsibilities, or personal development goals. This service focuses on identity formation, goal setting, emotional intelligence, and ethical leadership. Through intentional mentoring relationships, participants gain clarity, confidence, and the tools needed to lead themselves—and others—well.

Welcome to Catalyst Family Services. My name is Audriana Zollicoffer, and it is both an honor and a responsibility to serve as the Program Director of this organization. At Catalyst, we believe that families are the foundation of healthy communities, and when families are supported, empowered, and equipped, lasting transformation is possible. We are committed to walking alongside individuals and families with compassion, professionalism, and intentional care during every stage of their journey.

The purpose of Catalyst Family Services is to ignite growth, healing, and stability by providing structured, relationship-centered services that meet real needs. Through mentoring, family support, and developmental programming, we focus on strengthening internal capacity—helping children, youth, and caregivers recognize their strengths, build resilience, and develop the skills necessary to thrive. We do not approach families as problems to be fixed, but as partners with potential to be activated.

As Program Director, my vision is to ensure that every service we provide is rooted in excellence, accountability, and genuine care.
